Mollie, a BHsc qualified Clinical Nutritionist, is passionate about helping people on their journey towards better mental health, hormonal balance, digestive health, and rediscovering a positive relationship with food. In our modern society, we have overlooked the significant role that food plays in our overall health and wellbeing. Mollie aims to shift individual’s focus towards whole, nutrient-dense foods, in order to prevent disease and improve mental health and wellbeing. 


Mollie's journey to becoming a Clinical Nutritionist began from her own struggles around food behaviour and challenges with mental health. She knows firsthand the transformative power of developing a positive relationship with food and oneself, which has led to her passion for nutritional support and guiding others to the same place of healing and wellness. Through her own personal experience, Mollie understands the importance of having someone who will listen and guide you on your own health journey. She brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her practice, creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients.
