  • Changing Your Course Date

    • You may change your course date free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

    • Within 24 hours, date changes are not permitted and are treated as a cancellation (100% fee applies).

    Cancellations

    • More than 48 hours prior: Free cancellation with a full refund.

    • 48–24 hours prior: A 50% cancellation fee applies.

    • Within 24 hours: No refund is available (100% cancellation fee).

    Non-Attendance

    • Non-attendance without notice is considered a cancellation within 24 hours and is not refundable.

    Substitutions

    • You may transfer your place to another participant at no cost, provided this is arranged before the course begins.
